Community

Our schools are an integral part of their local communities.

Both Academies are in the heart of vibrant parts of South London and are proud to work with local businesses, charities and people to enhance student experience and the experience of our communities.

We aspire to work closely in partnership with our communities, and be a positive influence locally, regionally and beyond. This may take the form of innovative developments including adult education and employability training for our families and local community members.

This is what our partners say:

As Southwark’s chosen developer partner for the regeneration of the Aylesbury estate, we are delighted to be working in partnership with the school. Together we can ensure that younger residents take full advantage of the exciting changes in the area and the many employment and training opportunities now on their doorstep.

Rebecca Williams, Notting Hill Housing Trust

We have worked with the school since they first opened – having a great relationship with a school in the heart of our community benefits everyone.

Charlotte Benstead, Creation Trust

We have been wanting to connect with a local secondary school like South Bank for a while. We were very pleased to be approached by the school last year. Since working in partnership with the staff at South Bank it has become obvious to us at the club how caring and supportive they are for their students. We have many exciting plans ahead.
